old video games

am now replaying Resident Evil 4 for like the 10th time now in anticipation for the release of the remake this month and gotta say that they dont make games like this anymore.
Survival horror type game at its finest.

any video games that you have nostalgia for that no new games today can compete with?

Doom I & II with near infinite mod and map variety. You can even have AI generated maps, your own multiplayer servers, total game conversions, etc. Pretty much whatever you want.

All for cheap or free with Free Doom.
