In Overwatch 2, I thought it was normal to have to wait 30 minutes to 2 hours for a match in competitive open queue

It’s always been that way for me but I recently discovered everyone else gets to enjoy really quick queue times, like only a few minutes.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I might fix this? It would be very much appreciated. I'm playing on a PS4, I’ve tried reinstalling and cross play is on.

I play on PC daily. I never have a wait much longer than 10 minutes. I always play a deathmatch or kill to grow or 500% when I'm waiting.

@Redstar Two of the custom game modes that you can play. There are a lot more users have made.

@OverTheHill Ah ok, I don't play the custom games much. Sometimes I'll do a Genji parkour one but all of the other custom games I've tried have been terrible.
