What is the greatest video game console of all time and why is it the PS Vita?

- Has the ability to play pretty much every PSX and PSP game, along with it's own library, and thanks to homebrew, can emulate basically everything up to fifth generation with 100% speed
- Good build quality, the D-pad is one of the most comfortable I have ever used in a handheld. Also the OLED screen is gorgeous.
- There exists a variant of the PS Vita called the PS Vita TV, so if you don't like playing on a handheld, then you can just buy that instead.

Really, what else could you want from a console?
Massive screen and local multiplayer?

@Ozymandiaz PS VITA TV satisfies the first one. It sorta has the second one, similar to the DS, you can do local wireless play. There's no splitscreen though since it would be kinda hard to achieve on a portable device.
It makes me kinda bummed out how a lot of consoles nowadays lack a local play option altogether. I had tons of fun playing Goldeneye 007 with my friends back when that was a thing.

@SW-User What games do you still play on it? I still find myself firing up the original Castlevania every now and then lol. Life Force is pretty grand too.
Admittedly though, I've always been kind of a Sega guy.

@CharcoalBlack

There's a lot more of course but this is just me having a nostalgic moment

@SW-User All of those games are classics. Especially Contra. That game can be pretty brutal though, even with the Konami code activated. But I like it that way. It makes it a lot more fun.
Right now I'm in the tank for the Switch simply because of it's library of content.
