Finish games without using the internet or a strategy guide

As a gamer at heart, I've put myself up to the task of finishing games without ever consulting a manual or the internet. It's been a (sometimes very) hard task but I'm happy of my accomplishments.

Currently finished games:

- Tomb Raider 1 (That one part where she had to take a skydive into a lava pit, that was difficult to figure out lmao).

Now working on:

- Luigi's Mansion (GameCube). The current bottleneck that got me stuck for two weeks was that I had to push a not-so-visible button on the wall that was facing a mirror. : ) Clever Nintendo, you!

American McGee's: Alice ,, good luck! That one is a trip, to say the least
@MougyWolf LoL, is it as tough as Fear Effect? I've finished Alice: Madness Returns. The X-Files on Playstation was also hard but I need to try that again.

Yeah, I was the same.

I find that clearing games without using any sort of guide or walkthrough is so much more rewarding in the end, unless you are playing a poorly-designed game like Castlevania II:Simon's Quest. Like seriously, who in the hell would've guessed that you have to crouch down for 5 seconds in a specific area, holding a gem, that the game gave no reference to?
@CharcoalBlack lol, AVGN. I would have guessed it but then again I'm an experienced gamer.
