has anyone ever lived near a railway line

my apartment is situated next to a railway line, so i often hear frieght trains pass through the night...and other trains throughout the day....i've got used to it now after living hear 20 years.

Luckily no but I walk dogs over a crossing 3 days a week. I live about 4 miles away. I’ve been doing this walk about 2 years now. This is a major freight train route as well.
