Tesla continues to tank in the EU

Is the damage done irreversible? Musk managed to take the pride of ownership away from Tesla buyers. People buy luxury cars and zero emission cars to make a statement. Will that statement return to something less negative?

I think if 卐LON were to step down from Tesla CEO, the company could recover its cachet. But his ego of astounding dimensions won't allow him to do what's best for the company or its stockholders.

I think other problems are

• he stole the company from the real inventors;

• fires & accidents;

• Consumer Reports has really bad customer experience ratings of the Tesla in a variety of areas (which is truly damning).
