Experiences with Uber?

Mine are not so good. I give them a pickup address. Drivers usually wait around the corner and say they've arrived. Meanwhile I get charged extra for keeping them waiting, when they kept me waiting. Has this happened to anyone else?

Excellent. They come right to my house. Much quicker and more reliable than calling a car service.

I had a couple bad ones. I was mad.

Most have been good ...both Uber and Lyft.

👎 as well. The last time I tried to reserve, I clicked confirm and got an infinite swirlie. Eventually I went to tech support and 20 minutes later, they tell me it's because my sms is VoIP. Now you tell me! I was livid
