Experiences with Uber?

Mine are not so good. I give them a pickup address. Drivers usually wait around the corner and say they've arrived. Meanwhile I get charged extra for keeping them waiting, when they kept me waiting. One driver asked where I lived. Has this happened to anyone else?

Excellent. They come right to my house. Much quicker and more reliable than calling a car service.

ive only used it once, but it was fine for me.

I had a couple bad ones. I was mad.

Most have been good ...both Uber and Lyft.

👎 as well. The last time I tried to reserve, I clicked confirm and got an infinite swirlie. Eventually I went to tech support and 20 minutes later, they tell me it's because my sms is VoIP. Now you tell me! I was livid
