My nice quiet evening was ruined by an unexpected call out for Mum’s Taxi 🚖

Got my little kids to sleep early, cleaned a bit, SW’d a bit. Planned a bath and an early night.

20yo daughter calls asking if I can pick her up because she didn’t feel safe driving after having one too many drinks.

Almost two hours later, it’s gone midnight and I just got home 🤬

But that’s okayyyyy because she’s safe and what are mums for if not to provide free taxi service at all hours of the day right? 🥴🥴

Also who is getting this drunk on a Wednesday??? 😲
Answer: 20yo’s I suppose!

She can sleep in tomorrow, but I’ll be up at 6 with Little Miss 6.
