Last year we went to the airport to fly home but they said the plane was delayed. 4 hours later we got on the plane but it was smaller. They said the other plane had problems so this was a replacement. They had to put the 15 up in a hotel and fly them back the next day. By the time they had unloaded there baggage we was 7 hours behind. By the time we got back the people from the airline had gone so no one to bring the steps. Another hour and we got off into the airport. Then no baggage handlers so they had to pay for the plane to be unloaded and we could get our cases. Wizzair crap lol
