In case you're wondering why I'm commenting on week-old posts..

It's because my feed is mainly showing me posts that are a week old 🤷 my algorithm does this often it's kinda annoying but whatever. I comment on stuff anyway

All of us have that problem. Hitting New on the feed demonstrates how screwed up the feed is. It doesn't show the newest posts it shows the newest activity. Which very well could be a week old post.

@Gibbon even when you click on "new", the feed still leaves out half of the newest posts. & My algorithm doesn't even show me the newest activity 😅 most posts I click on haven't had a comment in a week. I feel funny being the only dude commenting a week later 😂

@ChiefJustWalks Yup it's apparently been an issue for some time. I've read older members comments on a time when the feed method was changed and it's been screwed up since then.
I have experienced the same as you by hitting the custom button. Bam up shows a new post that doesn't show when hitting new. WTH?

Check out the forums occasionally. That will sort of reset your feed if you like or comment/reply on anything.

You have to do every once in a while though. At least once or twice a week.
