what can i do in this situation

i bought some clothing from under armour, it was fedex who was delivering it....but the intercom to my flats wasn't working at the time, so fedex wasn't able to deliver my item.....fedex tried to deliver again but the intercom to my flat was still broke so i didn't hear the call.......so now i'm wondering whats going to happen to my item? i really want the item.

the problem is, fedex doesn't have phone support anymore so there's no way to contact fedex to ask what has happened to my package? also under armour are useless as their phone support is out of order, no agent answers the phone, so i can't find out about my package from under armour....so now i'm in the dark really.

the only contact fedex has is ask a virtal agent and that's awkward because i tried that and the virtal agent doesn't understand my points that i put to them? i tried emailing under armour, but no one even bothered to reply..............so what can i do if there's no way to phone these companies to find out about my package?
