if the package is damaged again, what action should i take

i recently bought something from the north face, it is being delivered by DPD courier today, but the last time DPD delivered something from the north face, the package was open and damaged and the delivery driver had a 'so what' cocky attitude about it? and i felt intimidated because i have anxiety problems....i phoned north face at the time and i had to take pictures of the damaged package and send the items back..

a lot of trouble to go to....so if it happens again this time, what action should i take?
