UPS has gone mad

So yesterday i was looking out for a package. i heard the truck...looked out the window and there was no package on the porch. looked it up on Home Depot...it said it was delivered. It said it was left on the front porch. I figured it was put under something to hide it. i couldn't remember what the package was so who knows? I took some garbage out and got to my car which was parallel to the street.

AND LO AND BEHOLD, THERE IT WAS, SITTING ON MY WINDSHIELD!!!

Yes, I complained. But it took an hour to do so because their automated system makes it impossible. Then my password didn't work. Then they couldn't e-mail me. Then i just asked them to call me and i informed them of what happened and they weren't even surprised...Things have sure changed.
