why has the North face deteriorated
the north face company.
i had the misfortune a few times to order something from the north face website, for it to be delivered by yodel courier, and the package arrived opened and damaged?....i phoned up north face customer service about it, to complain and their attitude was very lackluster, like they didn't care and why am i wasting their time?
and they didn't have a solution for the problem, and they still continue to use yodel to deliver their products...yodel a pure shit, they are not worth me even pissing on them, that's how worthless & useless they are.
it just seems the great company which used to be the north face has deteriorated and their customer service is very poor now....has their customer service always been that terrible? i have only been using north face for about a year....there are more products i want to buy from their website...but i'm hesitant now and put off by them using yodel to deliver their goods.
