An actual conversation I had with a delivery company
"Hi, Is it possible to change the delivery address for an order? I just realized it's an older one"
"Oh that order has now gone to the warehouse"
"I see, so there's no way to change it? It was only ordered a few hours ago"
“Sorry, it's been sent to the dispatcher so we can't change it. But it'll definitely be fine to be delivered to that address"
ummmm yeahhh thanks...lol. I'm not even mad they can't change it, I mean I picked the wrong option. But the "it'll be fine” bit at the end has me holding myself back from asking "Are you on drugs?” 🤣
