ASAP! I have submitted a claim on UPS, but it doesn't let me update (edit) the issue, what to do? [I Ordered Something]
Hi, I reported a claim for my package. I included documentations / pictures, but I need to update it really quick because I messed up. Now, it won't let me do anything to it, and it says Claim Issued on my UPS claim page. What should I do? I submitted a recent email to them letting them know I need to update it. I hope they contact as soon as possible. I looked up how to edit claims and on their customer support, but I need pictures how to do it because there is no option to edit my claims or manage them, and it said to do so at the bottom of the page. I saw absolutely NOTHING. How sad. I wanted to apologize to UPS. What else can I do? THANK YOU.
