Have you ever ridden a two-wheeled motorcycle before?

@swirlie No i havent because i think a 3 wheeled one would be alot safer

I ride a motorcycle today and have been since I was 16, but technically have been riding off-road since I was 10 years old using a motorized 1-speed minibike my dad found at the city dump and restored to working order.

The advantage of a 3 wheeled bike is that it won't tip over at a stop light and you can carry a lot of shitte in the mini-trunk in the back.

The problem with a 3 wheeled bike is that they are really no more safe than a 2 wheeled bike because they are just as hard to see on the road by other drivers.

Typically speaking, people who buy 3 wheeled bikes have previously owned and ridden 2 wheeled bikes and are at a place in life where 3 wheels are more Cadillac-like than 2 wheels! This means one can relax more and not be so much on guard as to the balance of the bike, nor the physical road conditions being too slippery for example.

A 2-wheeled bike you would never take out on the road in heavy rain or snow because you'll soon lose control of it and end up sliding down the road on your side. But a 3-wheeled bike is more like a car where you can take it through snow banks if you want to and it acts just like a small car in poor weather!

I guess my question to you would be, why do you feel the need to ride a 3-wheeled CanAm bike?

@swirlie Because i would be riding it in all types of weather

In that case, may I suggest a car that is not a convertible? Why a CanAm bike?
Werewolf1994 · 31-35, F
@swirlie Because im scared to drive a car but not a canam bike

Okay, fair enough! If there's anything you'd like to know about motorcycles including the CanAm bike, I'd be happy to discuss it with you!
