I do not understand the attraction to motorcycles

I have no desire for them. Which is a good thing because I have hemophilia. I also don’t understand why you want him so loud.

I had one before, it was a lot of fun, the freedom of driving on the open road, my boots just inches off the asphalt racing by.
But I agree, I don’t like the really loud ones that scream “look at me!”
So disruptive to the peace

@Ghostinthemachine The loud pipes really are a warning sound, they do save lives.

I had a Vulcan V twin with straight pipes, people heard me coming. I could care less
if they looked at ME, I just want them to pay attention, and know I'm there.
@DogMan I don’t agree that if we choose to ride a motorcycle that we should be telling everyone within earshot to watch for us.
Especially when my kids were woken up as babies in the middle of the night because next door neighbour comes home on his Harley. Also, not great for the riders ears 👂
