Changed the seals on the forks

Took all day with a friend because neither one of us had done it before but it’s complete.I can feel the difference in the ride, although I didn’t get a chance to take a lot of corners yet so I will see the real difference when the weather clears up.

Let the bike stand for an hour and Check the oil level before you take it out again and make sure they are both exactly the same.

@goldenorchid the oil level? How can I do that when they are put back together?

@Contemplative support the bike as you did it the pic, remove the top plugs and use a dipstick, unless you measured the quantity you put in them and know it's the same each side.

@goldenorchid I measured them and put 500 ml on each side, that’s what the manual said.

@Contemplative looking at your photos, I noticed two things, a hand gun and dipsticks on the top plugs, trust me, it's imperative that they are exactly the same.
If you're confident leave it a week or so to check them.

@goldenorchid yeah I get what your saying with the dipstick, before we started I noticed that the top plugs were set differently which makes sense now because I always felt unsafe going into left turns it just gave a little more than the other side. Now they are both set to to the middle. Thanks for the info.
