What's with all the rollovers the past 2 weeks?

There has been 3 tankers rolled over in the area in less than 2 weeks. What's going on with these drivers?

Either bad drivers or they are doing it intentionally for some reason.. were they empty or full?

@YoMomma All loaded. The white one was wiping dew off his windshield then went off the road. The yellow one didn't swing wide enough around the corner so gravity taught him a lesson. It only has 7500 miles on it. I don't know about the red one.
