@jackson55 But I have sealed the gap with nitrile rubber gasket to take the compression load and applied little rtv silicone. Hope it works for a years.

Is that actually going to work??? I will be surprised if it does. You would have been much better off buying some gasket material and cutting out a new gasket.

@Musicman yes I bought a nitrile rubber sheet cut into gasket of size and installed there
