Are they running out of gas?

Every so often I see something talking about the Middle East Oil reserves have given warnings about being pretty low of oil...

I usually just ignore it (because what can I do?)... but also because I think it's most likely just click bait (fake news)...


But does anyone have a better idea? Click bait BS? Or are they actually starting to have less to pump out?
