picked up 31 gas grill tanks, older ones but free except for the fuel that i used driving 100 miles round trip

already swapped 20 of them out at 4 different stores for nice new full ones. we'll lose about $10.00 per tank but we'll have fresh inventory.. just stopping by stores that don't know me or care to know me as long as they get their money.

I've wondered how close they look. I've got one I picked up at an estate sale for about what the gas was worth. It's ancient, before the safety valves. It's also silver instead of the usual white. I've considered throwing on a quick coat of white paint and trading it in.

@MarineBob I have a half dozen bottles and I'm trying to keep them all full due to the price climbing and fear that there could be an availability problem this fall. I haven't been in a hurry to empty the old one because I wasn't sure how much luck I'd have trading it, but I guess I'll finish it off so I can trade.
