1.Better mass transits, trains, busses, and trams

@Carazaa after fifty years of conservatives fighting it, Honolulu finally gets a tram! Work is going on-. But somehow it won't join the airport to the city, and won't reach any shopping centers, stopping a mile from Ala Moana Center. People spent their lives fighting for it,.
