Gasoline is cheaper than bottled water. Fossil fuel is an absolute necessity during these frigid sub zero temperatures...nothing to complain about really, people should be thankful the industry functions so efficiently. Price gouging is illegal and you should report the business.
@SW-User -30°C is about -22°F. That's how I have to work with it (dumb American that I am). It went down to 3°F here last Monday. The city still moved, just not very quickly. We Southerner's (I'm in Tennessee) can't take the cold. Are you one of those people up your way who goes outside in your shorts and flip-flops and cooks barbecue when it gets to 4 or 5°C?
