Somewhat similarly, ones who stop you needlessly at roundabouts by approaching without signalling their intention to turn into the road you are entering from - especially if the position and movement of their vehicles is also ambiguous.
As for taking turns.....
A lengthy, steep hill on a main road near my town has an overtaking lane in the uphill direction, to let you overtake slowly-moving buses and HGVs. It is used by the thoughtless to create a lot of congestion at busy times, by trying to beat the queue, and by far too many drivers in both lanes ignoring the "Merge In Turn" request signs.
