This is probably the reason I have never been into those mega trucks.
Even I hate the sound of the corvette LS engines. You can hear that the lifters aren't pumping evenly. All the muscles cars are like that. They just don't seem to have a steady rhythm somehow.
European and japanese engines aren't like that I have noticed. They purr the entire time. It's not clunk thump clank thump thump whirr. Just sounds like the engineers were sloppy.
Like they don't have total control of the flow of combustion gases. Like they got passed through fluid dynamics with a C or the block was made by some jackass who thinks drawings are for nerds.
