Most people buy a car and sell the old one, but I don’t!

My first car which I bought myself when I was just seventeen was a Renault Clio! I drove it until I was twenty two, alternately it with a Vespa scooter (which I still own).

At twenty two my father bought me a Mercedes Benz, and I have had two of those (the first one was returned to the dealer because of a fault with the electrics, and I added some extra money to improve the range that I could afford). I opted for an AMG version of the model. I’ve enjoyed the car.

Now I am driving a Maserati Quattroporte which was my fiancé’s car, but he has gone out and bought a new one (a Coupé) so I am keeping the four door which my daughter likes me to drive her to school in.

My father drives a BMW 4WD, while my mother drives an old Porsche. We aren’t brand focused, despite appearances, just quality, and most car manufacturers have a habit of poor driving quality cars for the public.

Be grateful that you don't have to drive an American-made car. Stick with European quality and you'll never regret it.
