I thought I saw an S15 today

Nissan never made them in the United States so I've still never seen one in person. They've only been legal to import here for the last couple years. I saw this & I was like "oh shit an S15!" but I quickly noticed the shape of the windows & I was like ohhh that's an S14 with the front & rear end converted from an S15. People tend to call those an S14.5
On top of being an S14.5 this one also has a widebody.

I've seen people put S15 front ends on S14's before but to do the rear end too plus making it widebody had to be a lot of work. It makes me wonder how they did it & what parts they used. For reference, stock S14's typically look like this

While stock S15's look more like this

@TryingtoLava they're rear wheel drive so people definitely use them to skrrrt skrrt 😅

this is what general motors made in the 80s and 9-s and called it an S15

@BeachGirl47 yeah that was the GMC Sonoma before it was called a Sonoma 👌 the Nissan's S15 wasn't the cars official name it was just the chassis name. It was officially called a Silvia
