What make was your first car?

Mine was a Renault, which I saved up for myself. I drive a Mercedes Benz car now.
My fiancé first drove an Alfa Romeo but he has a Maserati now.

First car was a 1949 Ford sedan that didn’t run and had no brakes.
My dad thought it would take some time to make it drivable.
