How the heck do you replace the fuse for the USB connector in a RAV4?!
I know it's #23 and i can get the cover off and back on but none of the fuse extractors work! Might need to apply some fake fingernails.

Don't go the fake fingernail route. Its unbecoming. I'm surprized the extractor does not work. The fuse is a standard setup. If you have a small pair of pointed pliers apply gentle pressure and pull straight up and the fuse should pop out. Use the standard extractor to put the fuse in.
