Who ever did this car before messed up with sloppy welds

And the piece on right was supposed to go underneath the piece on left, and I got to figure out how to fix

My oldest brother, who has been a certified welder since 1988, would say to closely inspect the entire frame and body with a fine tooth comb to determine whether it's worth continuing the project, or if it will be nothing but a money pit.

@NativePortlander1970 he spent 40 grand a d they mess it up we putting new parts, and he's go 30 grand with us, but we put the corvette frame under it
