I do not know the trim of your civic or your country (that doesn't look like a model sold in America) but on the 8th gen American models, there is this cover you flip down and there is the AUX port as noted in photo.
Also, would an FM modulator be an option? I know that is not ideal due to sound quality (if you are real particular) but it is the quick and easy way.
One thing, is it possible that if there is an AUX port, is it maybe in the center console? Probably covered by a small door.
@Ian1892 the stereo was about $200 and I had to install it which was challenging but free. I also ordered an installation kit for my car which comes with faceplate.
@Ian1892 I see what you're saying. You're certain there is no aux input. Crazy that they would still print the aux option on your dashboard.
There are bluetooth devices you can buy and plug into your cigarette lighter that will connect to your phone and play audio, though the quality can be iffy.
@oldguy73 the car play device comes with a plug that goes into the cigarette lighter (with a usb connection on top) but that just gives the car play power.
