Question about mechanic …

we are towing my son’s car to the Kia place for repairs. They know that it’s coming by tonight after hours for tomorrow morning’s early appointment.

I just want to know how does the mechanic get the car from the parking lot into their garage because it’s not drivable. It has to be towed. do they have like a mini tow or how does it work? I kind of need to visualize how this is going to go

The tow truck will get it as close to the sevice bay doors as they can and then have a crew of about three or four push it in.

@NativePortlander1970 yes, so the dealership told me to drop it off tonight because my appointment is for 8 AM tomorrow And to just leave the car in the parking lot near the service side of the building. So there won’t be anyone there tonight to push the car so I’m just wondering how they get the car from where the tow truck drops it off into the garage
