Any car guys/gals here?

I know how to balance a wheel but I don't know the difference between static and dynamic balancing. My coworkers all do static and I do dynamic, I'm just not sure... what that means lol.

@SinlessOnslaught Im going to sell my Mercedes E320. It was given to me. I think the year is 1989. Its had the engine replaced, so I dont know the mileage. It has lots of electrical problems and has a problem with the engine cutting out when you slow down. We ran a diagnostic test on it so I know the parts needed to fix those problems and all together they cost around $200. Its dirty inside, has a big dent on the side rear. Clear coat or whatever you call it is peeling. I have the title. Figured 500 to sell it?
