Every three hours is all I can do. In April I’m taking a road trip from Toronto to Montreal.

The longest I can go is 3 hours without a break. I feel better when I break about every 90 to 120 mins when I'm alone just because of my ADHD.

I don’t drive long distances but I tend to need toilet break about 3 or 4 hours so we’ll stop then.

I went from Wisconsin to Kentucky in 12hrs. Just stopped for gas, food and potty

Doctors say you need to stop every hour and stretch. As a truck driver I stopped every 1 1/2 to 2 hours and kicked the tires. Total trip without stopping for a hotel 16 hours in a car.

8 hours, evacuating from Hurricane Rita. On the road for 15 hours to derive 50 miles. One stop after 8 hours and stoppred at final destination after 7 more hours.

It's about 3.5 to 4 hrs from top to bottom on this island - so that's my max driving .
Riding - maybe about 7 or 8 with a coffee stop .

Road trips are different - you stop often at towns along the way to make it an experience.
