2000 Toyota Camry XLE need help please

I bought the car used a few years ago. It had 110,000 miles on it when I purchased it, it's probably got 157,000 on it now. I had a problem with it, it seems to have fixed itself, but please watch the video, I need advice or help, if anyone knows anything who could give advice on what happened. Thank you all so much if you can help me.

Do you have a Toyota dealer anywhere close by? If so, they can tell you real quick what the problem is and won’t charge you unless they fix it. I’ve driven Toyota most of my life.

@NoGamesTolerated Sadly the Toyota dealer in town charges for a diagnostic. I was having an unknown issue with how the car was running so took it to the Toyota dealer. They had my car for nearly a week, and it cost me $700 for them to say, "We think it might be the fuel injectors, but we're not sure" And they wanted to charge $2200 to replace the fuel injectors.

@twiigss Call around to other towns. Where I live, they will diagnose and tell you the cost before they fix it.

@NoGamesTolerated I could take it to my mechanic I go to for yearly inspecion/emissions test, they *might* know what it is, they're extremely trustworthy and reliable. Just sucks their labor rates have increased over the years.
