So im sick to my stomach about this

My mother and my wife both ordered me parts for the vehicle i ordered and currently waiting on delivery of. The company they ordered from i provided the links for these parts. The customer services is just an email address. And well they did give a tracking number for my wife's purchase but when you track the shipment it has never been sent out my mother's purchase never got anything no tracking or anything. It sucks because the individual has some good content on YouTube which is how i found out about the company. Quickly defends himself on fourms and social media but its was something to be a Christmas gift my wife's order was placed back in November and according to the tracking number never was picked up by the shipper. Now i have no idea if its the company or the shipper but its just sad how this has been dragged out.
