Have you tried an ether based starting fluid? It’s highly flammable so be very careful.
If the car starts and keeps running, problem solved. If it quits, try it one or more times and then I’m out of ideas.

Adjust the Finly sprocket head with a standard langstrum 7" gangly wrench, perhaps?
