90% of the US Population cannot afford to buy a New Electric Vehicle. The biggest population centers here in the US are constantly having Brownouts. It'll be 30 years or more before our Infrastructure gets updated. And the funding for Infrastructure here in the USA is derived mainly from Gasoline and Diesel Fuel taxes. Which is supposed to be phased out by 2035. This tells me that today it may be extremely cheap to charge any EV, but in the future it will not be as cheap as they're saying.
