I Love Cars
I love cars, seriously love them. I don't know whether it is the adrenaline rush of driving fast that does it, or the freedom to go where I choose, but as soon as I get in the car and start the engine, that familiar purr always makes me smile.
I have never owned an autoumatic transmission car, I personally feel it takes the fun out of driving. Some people have to drive them for whatever reason, but given the choice I will always go for a stick shift. I like fast cars that handle well, and I am building up something of a collection!
I have been around the street racing scene at home since I was 16, and I have learnt a lot about different cars. I have met some great friends that, although we don't really go out much anymore in those terms, I still see frequently, and talk always turns to cars. We have regular meet ups, and as some of them are aspiring photographers, they like to have a subject for their photos. I can totally admire the beauty of a well crafted vehicle, and love the way it feels when I am driving to the limit.
I don't get this same feeling with an automatic, and I have never owned on. My cars are an outward extension of my personality, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Live fast, enjoy life and drive it like you stole it!
