The UK Government today have from 2040 banned all Petrol and Diesel Engine Cars from UK roads and will only allow electric powered cars from 2040, it is not long until it happens only 23 years.

I'm sure it's just a random date picked in the future. They just told every gas station to go out of business, or look for something else. There is so much that goes into that decision.
