Why don't more people thank the bus driver....

When they get off the bus? I have no idea why but it really bugs me when they don't. Doesn't take much to just say thanks as you get off at your stop.

Edited as I know some people do thank them.

@Funlov I'm more of a train person. The train station isn't far away, and riding on a train is the most natural way for me to get somewhere, when it's far away. I've always been a train girl, I don't even have a car.
Haha we are totally different!

@helenS yes, I can see that I’ve been on the train lots of time when I go to the states, Boston, which is my favourite city

@Funlov Been there, loved. Almost a European city.

@helenS Boston is a great city. I consider one of the greatest cities in the United States and I’m a Canadian for many reasons it’s home of one of the best architects that ever lived. Frank Loyd Wright told me the one of the best presidents there ever was in the United States as far as I’m concerned Kennedy, Massachusetts is a beautiful state Boston it’s just a gorgeous city. I grew up going over there all the time where I come from in Nova Scotia or you can take the ferry across I come from Irish parents, Boston, a lot of their friends lived just a beautiful city, but I lived in Europe to I was a kid. My father was in the military. I lived in Germany for seven almost 8 years. Yeah, trains everywhere is there.

@Funlov Oh – you lived in Europe for many years! How nice – I hope you liked it?
Funlov · M
@helenS loved it. I was in Hamburg, and in Lair. Germany. On the military bases.
Funlov · M
@helenS hope I pronounced them right and spelt them, right

@helenS Europe is beautiful all of Europe. I like to go more east and west would like to see more it’s old so beautiful.

@Funlov The notion of "old" and "new" is completely different in America and Europe, in my opinion. When I was in the US an American friend said "Look at that old church" and the church was only 200 years old... 😏
