I Have Ridden On a Bus

When you showed up a little late and got to see the bus roll away, fairly slowly.....you hasten your walk to maybe catch up.....it shuts gears....you jog and almost gain ground as it stops at a light....but it takes off again....you run as the bus gets smaller and smaller in your field of view.... past your destination, past the end of town miles from the last time you saw the bus.....are you still chasing that bus?
