Bicyckling the most kindful excersice for your body
Now I have an excercise bike in my apartment and with this I can excercise when I want even if its bad wheather outside. When you cant ride a bike outdoors because of bad wheather, snowstorm, thunderstorms etc why not ride an indoor bike then and maybe watch TV at the same time, I dont think it doesent matter for your body if it is a real two-wheel bike or a recumbent indoor bike. Here are some benefits with pedaling.

Cycling is one of the easiest ways to exercise, and it can also help prevent diseases such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and stress. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day—something that a daily bike ride to and from work can easily provide. And you don’t have to train like crazy or take up competitive cycling or long-distance races for it to be effective. Even everyday cycling at a moderate pace has a significant impact, and the direct health benefits are numerous.
1. Cycling Improves Fitness
Cycling is a gentle form of low-intensity exercise, and if you cycle regularly, it does wonders for your stamina and overall fitness.
2. Cycling is good for your heart
Your heart also benefits from regular exercise. Cycling causes the heart to pump oxygen-rich blood to the muscles, strengthening the heart. In this way, the exercise helps prevent cardiovascular disease. Research shows that the risk of a heart attack can be cut in half if you bike to work regularly instead of driving.
3. Cycling strengthens your lungs
The more your lungs have to work, the stronger they become—which in turn leads to better health.
4. Cycling is good for your knees and joints
Cycling is a form of exercise that’s very gentle on your knees and joints. Just make sure your bike is adjusted to your height.
5. Cycling Burns Calories
Cycling is also a great way to burn calories. You can burn upto 600 calories a day when cyckling. A woman who weighs 55 kg and cycles at a pace of about 10 km/h burns an average of 120 calories in half an hour. Cycling offers more than just health benefits. If you live in a big city, you can save a lot of time (and money too) by biking instead of taking the car. And, not least, you’re doing your part for the environment and your body when you choose a bike over a car.
