I was the same, but more than the car for me the deal breaker was getting a moped when I was like 15 😅🛵 these last few years I've resumed cycling too because it comes with its own perks (like, I can suspend the insurance of the motorbikes, in winter and finding parkings around here for the car is often a struggle, and plus it's healthy so I've bought a second bike too specifically for doing sport)

Probably a lot safer than SoCal too 😂

@Ashly It varies place by place also here 😅 I try to go to non trafficked secondary roads or cycling paths whenever possible, but some traits of high speed trafficked roads are unavoidable

@Ashly I'm mostly neutral to them.. minus when they're so many and packed together that you basically can't walk 😅
