Why is it hard for cyclist to walk their bikes in areas where they are not permitted to ride!

Like sidewalks or worst, the foot paths in city parks?
And they take they are so good. 😔

Some of them, and they are mainly males in their teens and twenties, think all the road regulations are there for them to break.
