Automobile mechanic

My husband want to be a mechanic. Buy doesn't speak english. And not that great with computers... he has done mechanics in his home country.

Tell him to jump on the internet forums for the languages he knkws, and find out if any instructors exist in the US who will allow him to submit none English exams.
