Automobile mechanic

My husband want to be a mechanic. Buy doesn't speak english. And not that great with computers... he has done mechanics in his home country.

I don't know how dedicated he is to that desire but he serious enough and can afford it this is the best place available in the US to acquire credible job skills without wasting money and time at a college.
