Car Maintenance

Yesterday I took my car in for tire swap (summer to winter) and an oil change. I had to wait in there waiting room as I didn’t have anyone to drive me back home and pick me up. Car dealership is 30mins away I have to go to this one as I’m is under warranty so I stick with the brands car dealership. The past 3 times they usually take 2 hours. Well yesterday it took them 3hours and 45 mins. There was 5 people in front of me some waiting same time as me.The receptionist told me at the beginning that they were busy. But when my car was finish the receptionist apologized for the wait saying they are down 2 technicians. I google the car dealership career section there are looking for technicians. I wish car dealership would notify a customer so I could take it in later instead of waiting so long. Or don’t book as many appointments if you can’t get them done on time.
